Service Provider: The Ranthambore Safari Tickets provides assistance for Ranthambore jungle safari bookings, safari facilitation, hotel reservations, tour packages, and related travel services.
Independent Service Provider: We operate as a private travel and safari service provider and are not the official website or representative of the Forest Department, Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, or any government authority.
Government-Controlled Services: Safari permits, zones, timings, vehicle allocation, guide allocation, and park entry are subject to the applicable rules, availability, and decisions of the concerned Forest Department and park authorities.
Government Control: All safari permits, zones, safari timings, and park-entry procedures are governed by the applicable Forest Department rules and booking system.
Advance Booking: Safari bookings are subject to the applicable government booking window and real-time availability. Where advance booking is available, reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment: Unless otherwise stated, full advance payment is required to process and confirm a safari booking.
ID Requirements: Every visitor must provide valid government-issued identification as required for the booking. Accepted documents may include Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License. Foreign nationals may be required to provide valid passport details.
Original ID: The original identification document used during the booking process must be carried by the visitor on the day of the safari.
Zones & Vehicles: Safari zones and vehicles, including Gypsy and Canter, are subject to availability and the applicable Forest Department allocation system. A specific zone, vehicle, guide, or wildlife sighting cannot be guaranteed unless officially confirmed.
Full Advance: Safari and applicable travel bookings generally require 100% advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Price Revisions: If applicable government fees, taxes, permit charges, guide charges, or other mandatory charges are revised after booking, the customer may be required to pay the applicable difference.
Service Fee: Our total charges may include a professional facilitation/service fee for booking assistance, coordination, logistics, and customer support.
Government Charges: Government-mandated charges are determined by the concerned authorities and may be subject to their respective rules and policies.
Park Closures: The Forest Department or other competent authorities may close the park, restrict access, or change safari timings without prior notice due to weather, administrative, safety, wildlife-management, or other operational reasons. We are not responsible for decisions made by such authorities.
Safety: Safari activities involve inherent risks associated with wildlife, travel, terrain, weather, and vehicle movement. While we assist with safari vehicles, drivers, and guides where applicable, customers are responsible for following all safety instructions and park regulations.
Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the safari and tour.
Itinerary Changes: For tour packages, we may modify an itinerary where reasonably necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, strikes, government restrictions, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any dispute arising from the services provided by The Ranthambore Safari Tickets shall be subject to the applicable laws of India and the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Advance Notice: Current or last-minute booking requests are subject to real-time availability and applicable booking rules.
Confirmation Status: Submission of a current booking request does not guarantee confirmation. Confirmation depends on the availability of the applicable government inventory.
Zone Allocation: The safari zone may be allocated according to the Forest Department's applicable booking and allocation system.
Zone Preferences: We may accept a preferred zone request where the booking system permits, but a specific zone cannot be guaranteed unless officially confirmed.
